As predicted, Plastic Memories ends the season right at the bottom, only gaining positions because other shows didn’t have any episodes this week. Despite not being nearly as popular this week (it lost nearly 0.5 rating points), Hibike Euphonium still managed to find a place on everyone’s ballot and ends the season with a commanding lead over second place. The other shows were simply too far away and clearly not universally appealing.

Ore Monogatari and Yahari Ore no Seishun Love Comedy wa Machigatteiru. Zoku managed to hold onto their positions for the last five weeks, though it looks like Ore Monogatari may have come under some pressure had the current trends continued. Both shows were supported by exactly half of us.

Baby Steps 2 once again managed to grab fourth place from Kiniro Mosaic, mainly due to Kiniro Mosaic’s support wildly fluctuating every other week. But even without that, Baby Steps 2 had a strong mid season episode (it’s continuing into the Summer) allowing it to gain about 0.25 points.

Coming from behind, Yamadakun to Nananin no Majo overtook Show By Rock!! to grab sixth place for the season by barely 0.02 points. Clearly some people on the blog found it more entertaining than the people actually doing the post on the show.

Kyoukai no Rinne had a great episode this week, very typical of Rumiko Takahashi and her silly love polygons (she doesn’t ever stop at triangles). Now at the half way point we seem to finally have met most of the cast, and they are all AMAZING. Amazingly stupid. But I wouldn’t have it any other way. Meanwhile, out of nowhere, a new entrant managed to gate crash directly into the top ten – Houkago no Pleiades. I have no idea what happened there, but it better have been really good.

Finally, to round up the top ten, we have the incredible resurgence of Fate/Stay Night. Wow, I sure didn’t expect to see that. And to round up the bottom we have Sidonia, Punch Line, Nagato Yuki, Teekyu, DanMachi, and Precure, all of which got some amount of support, but not really anything substantial.

Doing a quick comparison with Winter 2015, Shirobako doesn’t look like it can be touched with an unbelievable score of 4.89, but both Ore Monogatari and Oregairu would make it above the #2 show from Winter – Death Parade. I’d probably agree with that assessment. However, we don’t yet have the final score for Ore Monogatari, since it’s still ongoing.

Looking forward, you should probably check out our season preview.
