The moral of this episode is how ingenious the Madoka franchise was in terms of this kind of little girl despair plot. That I couldn’t stop referencing it whenever the possible conclusions of WIXOSS are discussed is a testament to how ground breaking the series was. I look forward to seeing how WIXOSS might wrap this story up differently.
